The Toxin and Virulence Factor (TVFac) database provides summaries of 14 UniProt database cross-references and 3 UniRef clusters from completely sequenced genomes. For example, the 6.2 million Pfam hits to 1739 sequenced genomes are cross-tabulated into a table with 9329 rows representing a unique Pfam identifier, 1739 columns representing a genome, and cells with the number of hits (similar to phylogenetic profiles). The profile tables are available for searching by selecting target genomes of interest (the columns in the table) and optionally comparing them to a background group of interest.
